Huntsville-specific notes
- Permits – Town of Huntsville handles building permits. Septic systems in the District of Muskoka are approved through the District Municipality of Muskoka (not the local health unit).
- Conservation Authority – most shoreline and waterfront work falls under the District Municipality of Muskoka’s watershed framework rather than a single CA.
- Cottage roads – many private; we size trucks to the access route.
- Frost-out and spring break-up – north Muskoka is later than south Muskoka. We schedule accordingly.

How fast can we get to you?
Huntsville is roughly 100 km from the yard, about 90 minutes via Hwy 11. Same-day visits aren’t always possible but we typically schedule a site visit within 2–3 business days. We often have crews already in the area, especially during the build season.
